Sales Representative
Responsibilities
Generate quality customers leads from Shippers, Freight Forwarders or other 3PLs, and Brokers
Conduct sales calls and in-person direct sales with prospective clients
Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials to support business development
Manage new customer leads and existing customer accounts
Qualifications
Prior experience in Transportation industry sales (Preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Productivity Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Dispatcher
Responsibilities
Managing the assignment of commercial truck drivers to their designated loads; overseeing pick-up, in-transit, and delivery of freight
Identifying load opportunities and backhauls when necessary
Completing daily dispatch sheets
Maintaining relationships with customers, 3PLs and brokers with regards to loads and opportunities
Conduct screenings of new driver applicants
Qualifications
Prior experience in Transportation or Logistics (Preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Productivity Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
